Baby Gracelyn was born on May 31, 2010 and on June 14, 2010, her parents and family learned that was diagnosed with HLHS, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. This condition is serious and requires open-heart surgeries. Gracelyn underwent her first surgery on June 18th. On June 29th, Gracelyn came home with her mommy and daddy so that she can gain enough weight for the doctors to perform the next surgery.
Gracelyn has a very long road ahead of her, and needs prayers to grow strong and healthy. You can help Gracelyn’s parents by offering your prayers, thoughts and supports.
