Emily - - To use just the flour mix, use this recipe:
* 1-1/3 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
* 1 tsp Baking Powder
* 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
* 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
* 1 Tb Honey
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla
* 2 Tb Vegetable Oil
* 3/4 cup + 2 Tb Water, warm
* 2 Egg Whites, stiffly beaten (set aside)
I would also add a pinch of sugar and cinnamon, for a little sweetness and added flavor. Yum!

That's directly from the BRM website.

Here is the BRM pancake mix recipe: http://www.bobsredmill.com/recipes_detail.php?rid=877
