S - baggie of pretzels (pre-measured over weekend, 14 large pretzels per serving!)
D – Spaghetti ( half pasta, half spaghetti squash, first time trying), slice of whole grain toast
S - baggie of granola (pre-measured, 1/4 cup)
S – Smarties (damn you!)
Tuesday
B – None :(
L – Smart Ones Mini Pizzas (serving size is 4 mini pizzas, comes in box of 2 servings!)
Special K Bliss Mocha bar (for my chocolate!)
D – Leftover spaghetti
Wednesday
B – Special K cereal (3/4 cup = 1 serving)
L – Healthy Choice penne (just over half, smelled funky)
S - mock Orange Julius smoothie
D - small baked potato, salad with diced chicken
Exercise – 20 minutes of dancing
Thursday
B – Cup of coffee
L – Grilled cheese (used I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray, whole grain bread, need to get a low fat cheese)
D – pizza :(
S – granola
S – small Halloween bag of pretzels
Friday
B - None
L - salad w/ chicken
S – fresh pineapple
D – Boca ‘chicken’ patty (spicy chik’n) on 2 slices of multi grain bread, ketchup
I didn’t do a food journal over the weekend, but I really did one! I found a new favorite (the Boca patty!) quick and easy meal, so when I see coupons for them I’ll be loading up.
Anyway, I don’t have a scale picture because this morning, I ate breakfast early and totally forgot to get on the scale first thing. SO, first thing tomorrow I will be getting on. I just need to remember to get on. It’s not something I’m used to doing!
I think I had a good week. I was impressed with myself that I did 5 days of a food journal! I’m feeling good, like I wake up with a little more energy, LESS HEADACHES (for some reason I’ve been waking up with a headache, really annoying), and just felt a little happier. There was a day where I heard something that was a little upsetting, and the jealousy bug came out, but I just refocused that and danced my ass off. I was ALL over the place, just letting loose. I was so out of breath afterward and just felt so much better. It was great. I tweeted about it, and was trying to tweet while dancing, but almost knocked the laptop off the stand. Oops!
This week I am going to focus on writing what I eat, and drinking my water. This week we have all the leaves to rake and move to the curb, so that will be a great calorie burner. We are having some crazy awesome weather (almost 70!), so I’m hoping to get some walks in this week as well.
So yea, not a lot to report. I’ll get that scale picture up soon!
Really?? Once again, I am rockin’ the funky socks. I am running out though! ha ha! I was thinking of going on the hunt for funky socks this weekend. But do you see that number? Is it really 203?! Let’s keep going down, down, down!

Good job keeping that food journal! That is tough to do, but if you can make it a habit, you will be very successful losing weight! You go girl!
I love that you just turned up the music and danced! You should do that once everyday! Try and work in some walks with your kids. Mine love when we do that together. Sometimes they ride bikes or the powerwheels while I walk or run. The food journal is a great way to keep accountable. Keep it up!

awesome start! My advice you GOT to try to get a healthy breakfast every morning. Gotta get your metabolism moving. You’re making awesome healthy choices though… good job! 70′s degrees perfect get out for a walk/run weather! Enjoy it while you can! Cheers to a good week ahead!
