This is going to be a wordy Wednesday. For Christmas, Chubbs got a Lightning McQueen skateboard. Not only is he in love with Lightning and the movie “Cars”, but he is now in love with this skateboard. And yes, I made him wear the helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. And guess what?! He didn’t complain!! Win for Mommy!

Cute picture! My son has always loved skateboarding too. Now that he is older he tries to do all kinds of tricks and it scares me to death!

@Cheryl, the first time he stepped on it yesterday, he fell and I think I had a heart attack. It scares me to death to think he might enjoy it enough to want to learn to do tricks!

my son is so happy that we finally have warmer weather because he can finally go out and skateboard. He’s been missing it. I like that you caught him just before he got on the board. Happy WW!
